Wonderful rare poster from 1930, produced by Great Western Rail (GWR) to promote routes to Ilfracombe in Devon, England. With artwork by Leonard Richmond (1889-1965) depicting the beautiful Devon coastline on a summers day, the poster was published by GWR British Railway and printed in Great Britain by Waterlow & Sons Ltd. The artist Leonard Richmond was a prolific commercial artist for railway companies from the 1920s.
