Returns

We follow the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. All items are valid for a full refund provided the customer informs us of their intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. The customer has a further 14 days to return the item to us. Damaged items will not be accepted unless previously arranged. We advise customers to please use the original packaging where possible to ensure safe transportation.

All frames and orders with framing are non-refundable due to their custom nature. If a frame has arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us and a refund or resolution will be organised.

Damaged or not as described

If for any reason your order arrives damaged or not as described, you are able to return to us for a free full refund including shipping within 14 days. Please contact us at orders@printedoriginals.com as we are very likely to request evidence of damage or issue.

If you change your mind

If you decide that you no longer want your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of your purchase with the customer covering the cost of return shipping and provided the item arrives in the same condition it was sent.

As each frame is custom hand made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for framed orders if you change your mind.

We work extremely hard through our far reaching network of experienced dealers and collectors to ensure that every original vintage poster we sell is exactly as described.

All original posters have our 100% guarantee of authenticity, if for any reason you have any questions or queries regarding the authenticity of a poster, please just contact us at info@printedorginals.com. Simply return the poster and receive your money back at any point. That is our lifetime guarantee.
