With beautiful artwork from the legendary Jean d'Ylen, who created early 20th Century posters for the likes of Shell and Branca, this poster was created in 1931 to promote the region of Plombieres-Les-Bains in eastern France. The area, famed for its natural hot baths was popular with visitors of all ages - depicted in the charming image is an elderly man dancing.
Printed by Impremerie Vercasson, Paris, this gorgeous piece is in fantastic condition with vibrant colour, and is backed on museum quality linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come.
