With artwork from Frederick Griffin (1906-1976) showing the inside of Winchester Cathedral, this beautiful & rare poster was created in 1935 advertising Southern Railway's "Frequent" and "Cheap" routes to Winchester in Hampshire, England.
This beautiful piece was printed by the Baynard Press and published by Southern Railway. Frederick Griffin was well known for his commercial works for the likes of British Railway and other transport companies of the era.
