Swissair - Japan

This poster was created in 1968 to promote Swissair's routes to the country of Japan. The poster depicts a traditional Japanese Geisha in wonderful artwork from Uemura Shoko. 

Founded in 1931, Swissair was the national airline of Switzerland until it ceased operations in 2002. The airline was known as the "flying bank" during most of its existence due to its financial stability as a business. This brilliant mid-century poster is in mint condition with great colour.

Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.

International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
