TFL - London's Theatreland

Lovely poster featuring artwork by British artist Esther Cox for "Theatreland by Bus, Tube, Overground and River" depicting a crowd of women enjoying a show in the theatre.

This beautiful piece is an original first edition produced by Transport for London for display in London Underground tube stations. The rich history of TFL posters dates back to the 19th century and continues right up to this day, with iconic designs created by art and design greats such as Edward McKnight Kauffer, Tom Eckersley and David Hockney.
