Directed by Joe Boyd, Gary Weis and John Head, "Jimi Hendrix" or "A Film About Jimi Hendrix" was released in 1973 and followed the titular guitar and rock & roll icon between 1967 and 1970. Shows featured in the documentary film include iconic performances at Woodstock and the Isle of Wight Festival.
Depicting Hendrix playing his guitar sat on a stool, this simple and beautiful black & white poster is from the original French release of the film in 1973 and is in fantastic condition.
