This original 1972 concert poster by Jim Corridan was produced to promote David Bowie's performance at Plymouth Guildhall during the year that launched him to international stardom. Featuring Corridan's bold graphic design, the artwork reflects the excitement surrounding Bowie's groundbreaking "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars" era, capturing one of the most transformative moments in rock history.
David Bowie redefined popular music through his constant reinvention, groundbreaking creativity, and genre-defying artistry, leaving a legacy as one of the most influential performers of the twentieth century. This fantastic rare, minimalist, monochrome piece is in excellent condition.
Framing Options
Framed posters come with a timeless made to measure custom frame available in black, white or natural oak colour. Each frame is made from high quality solid oak and the artwork is available to be framed with or without a surrounding white mount to make the poster stand out even more. Our frames are custom built to order in our UK workshop, and so we work to 7-14 working days lead time for dispatch. Please note that due to their custom nature, frames are non-refundable with the exception of if they are damaged or incorrect. The frame size is the size of the poster plus an additional 70mm on each side if including a mount.
Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.
International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
