Fabulous poster created in 1967 by East African Airways, promoting their routes to the English capital, London. Depicting a lion dressed in a casual suit reading a map, this tongue in cheek design is in brilliant condition and exceptionally rare.
East African Airways was formed in 1946 and was run jointly by Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. The airline ran to many international locations until its dissolution in 1977.
