One of the most influential artists of the 20th century, Jean-Michel Basquiat rose to prominence in the 1970s and early 1980s. Achieving so much in such a short space of time, his neo-expressionist artworks were social commentary using painting, drawing, graffiti, poetry and far more.
This brilliant poster features the undated painting "Tuxedo" and is from the smash hit "King Pleasure" exhibition in New York which ran from April to December 2022. The exhibition, organised by the family of the artist, featured over 200 never before seen paintings and many rarely seen paintings and other artworks
