Featuring his 1932 painting "The Rescue", this poster advertised Pablo Picasso's exhibition at the Gagosian Gallery in New York City. Running from April to June 2011, the exhibition was titled "L'Amour Fou, Picasso and Marie-Thérèse".
The important distinction for collectors is that this is an original poster produced for the 2011 exhibition, rather than an original Picasso artwork or a poster dating from 1932. Our Pablo Picasso guide explains the different kinds of exhibition and printed material collectors encounter.
02 — Framing
Framing Options
Every frame is custom made to measure for your poster in our UK workshop using conservation materials.
Choose from our four core finishes — Black, White, Natural Oak and Walnut — or explore eight additional options: Red, Green, Blue, Teak, Gold, Black + Gold, Antique Gold and Silver. All can be framed with or without a mount.
Looking for something different? Choose “Other (Please Specify)” and tell us what you have in mind.
Please allow up to 14 working days for framed orders. As every frame is handmade to measure for your chosen poster, framed orders cannot be cancelled or returned once framing has commenced, except where faulty or otherwise required by law.
