In vibrant striking colour, this charming poster features artwork from the great Spanish artist Pablo Picasso, promoting an exhibition of his work "S'Amuse!" at the Galerie de Seine in Paris which ran from October to November 1976.
Best known for his painting, drawing, sculpture and ceramics, Picasso was one of the defining artists of the 20th century. This is an original poster produced for the 1976 Galerie de Seine exhibition, rather than an original Picasso artwork. Our Pablo Picasso guide explains the distinction and looks at his exhibition posters in more detail.
