Philips Razor - Jean Colin

This incredibly rare poster was created in 1955 to advertise Dutch electronics brand Philips. Founded in 1891, Philips was one of the biggest electronics brands in the UK and continues to trade today, focusing on health technology. 

Designed by French poster artist Jean Colin, this gorgeous mid-century marvel depicts a woman shaving her happy lovers face with the new Philips Philishave electric Razor. This wonderful and large piece has vibrant colour and a charming design. 

Framing Options

Framed posters come with a timeless made to measure custom frame available in black, white or natural oak colour. Each frame is made from high quality solid oak and the artwork is available to be framed with or without a surrounding white mount to make the poster stand out even more. Our frames are custom built to order in our UK workshop, and so we work to 7-14 working days lead time for dispatch. Please note that due to their custom nature, frames are non-refundable with the exception of if they are damaged or incorrect. The frame size is the size of the poster plus an additional 70mm on each side if including a mount.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.

International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
