The Lady from Shanghai

This original first 1947 release US One-Sheet poster was created in promotion of the release of Orson Welles' "The Lady from Shanghai". One of the most iconic and sought after film posters of all-time, this stunning piece depicts the instantly recognisable Rita Hayworth looking back towards the viewer. The 1947 film noir stars Welles and Hayworth and despite initial mixed reviews has gone on to become an all-time classic of classic Hollywood. 

This stunning US One-Sheet poster is from the first release of the film in 1948 and features amazing artwork depicting Stewart as Rupert Cadell. The piece is in excellent condition.

The frame size is the size of the poster plus an additional 70mm on each side if including a mount.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.

International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size
