Released in 1991, The Rocketeer brings the spirit of 1930s adventure serials to the story of a young pilot who discovers a rocket pack. Directed by Joe Johnston and starring Billy Campbell, Jennifer Connelly, Alan Arkin and Timothy Dalton, the film combines aviation, Hollywood glamour and classic cliffhanger action.
This brilliant advance US One-Sheet features the Art Deco artwork by John Mattos, with the Rocketeer and rushing lines giving the design a wonderful sense of speed. Created for the original 1991 release, the design beautifully reflects the film's love of vintage aviation and adventure.
