Released in 1968, "A Flea in Her Ear" is a French-American comedy directed by Jacques Charon and starring Rex Harrison, Rosemary Harris, Louis Jourdan and Rachel Roberts. Adapted from Georges Feydeau's celebrated stage farce, the film follows a suspicious wife who devises an elaborate test of her husband's fidelity, triggering mistaken identities and escalating confusion at a disreputable hotel.
With a screenplay adapted by John Mortimer and Harrison performing a demanding dual role, the film stands as a lavish screen interpretation of one of the theatre's best-known bedroom farces. This original US one-sheet poster was issued for the original theatrical release and is presented in very good condition, preserving its bold period design and genuine cinematic provenance.
