E.T. takes you beyond the stars in this wonderful original 1991 poster for E.T. Adventure at Universal Studios Hollywood and Florida. Wrapped in his familiar blanket and sitting in the bicycle basket, he points a glowing finger into a richly coloured night sky. The dramatic view of Earth and the close-up composition give the design a lovely sense of wonder, turning a much-loved moment from the film into an invitation to join the adventure.
Created in collaboration with Steven Spielberg, E.T. Adventure was among the attractions that welcomed visitors when Universal Studios Florida opened in 1990. The ride carried the spirit of his 1982 film into the theme park, sending guests on a flying-bicycle journey to E.T.’s Green Planet. This poster captures that blend of friendship, imagination and movie magic, making it a brilliant piece for E.T. fans and lovers of classic Universal Studios attractions alike.
