The Monaco Grand Prix was not held as a Formula One race in 1952; that year's Monaco event was run for sports cars and was won by Vittorio Marzotto in a Ferrari 225 S. B. Minne's design belongs to the celebrated tradition of Monaco motor-racing posters and depicts a red racing car against the Mediterranean setting.
This is an authorised lithograph produced by the Musée de l'Automobiliste in 1985 as a limited edition, reproducing Minne's 1952 Monaco design.
