Held on March 23, 1998, the 70th Academy Awards celebrated the films of 1997, with Billy Crystal returning as host. The Best Picture nominees were "Titanic", "As Good as It Gets", "The Full Monty", "Good Will Hunting" and "L.A. Confidential", representing one of the most memorable and commercially successful awards seasons of the decade.
"Titanic" dominated the ceremony with eleven wins from fourteen nominations, including Best Picture and Best Director for James Cameron, tying the record previously established by "Ben-Hur". The evening also brought acting wins for Jack Nicholson, Helen Hunt, Robin Williams and Kim Basinger, and remains closely associated with the extraordinary cultural impact of Cameron’s epic.

Each frame is made from high quality solid oak and the artwork is available to be framed with or without a surrounding white mount to make the poster stand out even more. Our frames are custom built to order in our UK workshop, and so we work to 7-14 working days lead time for dispatch. Please note that due to their custom nature, frames are non-refundable with the exception of if they are damaged or incorrect. The frame size is the size of the poster plus an additional 70mm on each side if including a mount.
Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.
International shipping for unframed posters is £25 . International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size.
