Iconic Italian liqueur brand Campari have hired a number of renowned poster designers to create a number of varied designs across the 20th century, and this piece from 1970 by Pijoan is no different.
Campari was formed in 1860 by Gaspare Campari and the aperitif is as popular today as ever. Gaspare's son Davide Campari transformed the company into what it is widely recognised as today in 1926.
This beautiful poster is an extremely rare design reading "Vince la sete" or "Thirst wins" and depicts a football team reading "Campari Soda" between the letters on each players back. This stunning poster is in excellent condition and is extra large in size. The poster has been linen backed to ensure its preservation for the decades to come.
