Frank Stella - Polar Coordinate IV - Democratic Convention

Beautiful poster created for the 1980 Democratic Party National Convention, held at the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York City. The piece features the artwork “Polar Coordinate IV” by Frank Stella, a bold abstract work from his Polar Coordinates series, built from sweeping arcs and layered geometric forms. It reflects Stella’s shift away from Minimalism toward more dynamic, physical, and spatially complex painting. American painter, sculptor and filmmaker Stella is best known for his minimalist abstraction work.

This beautiful offset lithograph is an excellent piece of art and political history in the 20th century and is in mint condition with vibrant colour.
