This original one-sheet poster was produced to promote "The Beatles Come to Town" in 1963, capturing the excitement of Beatlemania at the moment the band was emerging as a global phenomenon. The short documentary Pathe newsreel for the bands concert in Manchester featured classics such as "She Loves You" and"Twist and Shout". This brilliant and vibrant poster is an exceptionally rare piece of music history, marking the point just before the Fab Four travelled to the USA. The poster is backed on linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come.
The Beatles transformed popular music during the 1960s through their groundbreaking songwriting, studio innovation, and cultural influence, becoming one of the most celebrated and successful bands in history.
