Air France - California

With fabulous artwork from French artist Guy Georget who worked on many Air France posters of the era, this poster promoting the airlines routes to California was created in 1962. Air France was created in 1933 after a merger of multiple French airlines and continues to be one of the largest airlines in the world today. Known for their fantastic posters from the mid-century, this piece is no exception.

Depicting a figure in a sun hat in front of movie large studio lighting, this rare, vibrant and beautiful piece is typical Georget style and is in fantastic condition.

Unframed posters are shipped to the UK next day courier delivery free of charge. Framed posters can take up to 14 working days for dispatch for the frame to be built and poster to be framed. Frames are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard box. Unframed posters are packaged and securely padded in a purpose built reinforced cardboard tube.

International shipping for unframed posters is £25. International shipping for framed posters is a charge of £125 as a flat rate up to US One-Sheet (27 x 40”) size.
