This original lithographic poster was created for Yves Brayer's exhibition at Galerie 65 in Cannes in 1972. Featuring a colourful Provençal landscape with flowering trees and a figure following the path, the beautiful design reflects the painter's strong connection to southern France. The poster was printed by the renowned Mourlot studio in Paris.
French painter Yves Brayer found lasting inspiration in the landscapes of Provence and the Camargue. His scenes bring together a strong sense of place, confident drawing and warm colour, qualities that translate beautifully into this sun-filled exhibition design.
